Challenge

GIS UK, a London based financial firm made a request for us to help them build a site and CRM/ CSM software for a brand-new division which they were planning to create. This new division is a high-end online investment site from where clients - both commercial and personal - could purchase bonds in a safe environment and which are way above the ones provided by banks.

Solution

In order to achieve this, we needed to build a software solution which maximises safety and preciosity and is capable of passing every standard test required to set foot in the industry. We choose to build the software using .net as the safest possible solution for web based CRMs. Another key point which needed to be set is the server provider. For a fast, web solution, Microsoft Azure has been chosen as having the best safety options. The second main point after safety has been to build a flawless CRM and client portal experience which can be used by any member of the team or client of any age or special needs. This required vigorous testing and to adjust fine details to perfection.

Result

After a year of work together, SynerGIS Capital was able to launch its software solution, passing every safety and speciality tests. We wish the best of luck for this new division and hope to see them climb up to the top of their industry soon.
